 Thomas P.V.  was born in 1952 from a loving and reputable family.  After completing his studies as a medical technician in the South Indian state of Kerala, he and his family moved to Northern India where he now runs a pathological laboratory.  In addition to becomming a medical technician, Thomas is actively involved in his community where he, along with a team of doctors and a paramedical staff provide medical assistance and  accesories, such as wheel chairs, artificial limbs, and treatment to those who suffer from leprosy and other ailments.  Thomas is also actively involved in the prison ministry, where he visits and witnesses to those that are confined in the Bareilly Central Jail and the Sitarganj Open Jail.


 His Commitment to his community has touched the lives of many and has compelled him to establish The Indian Christian Welfare Society.  The Indian Christian Welfare Society is an organization that advances the educational, physical, and spiritual aspects of  children of all ages throughout India. The Indian Christian Welfare Society  rebuild houses, establish churches, and construct libraries for widows and children of all religions and castes.
